Staff was very serviceable & the room was very clean. Big shout out to David & Taaz also were very professional & helped with any issues.

Everything was excellent except for one thing. I had to clean a few dead spiders out of the bathtub before I could take a shower. It didn't seem like the cleaning staff was too thorough on the tub. It's good that I'm not squeamish or anything, but that's why I gave cleanliness only 4 stars. Everything else was immaculate.

Parking nightmare. Enjoyed the stay and location. Parking lot under construction and vallet service doing their best just a lot of traffic with Billy Joel concert and other activities downtown.

No microwave in the room really stunk considering the lack of food options in the hotel. The room was so hot because you only have the option to turn the heat off. AC is not available during winter months which is a complete joke. Room lack. Room would not get cooler that 73 degrees making in impossible to sleep. No room service either.

We chose this place for an anniversary stay. They were so kind and gave us a few "extras" to celebrate. Easu to walk to great dining and shops. Also had a great voew from pool. Would definitely stay here again.
