Room was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is giving guests the ability to access streaming services and YouTube on the room TV sets. Of course each guest would have to use his or her account with a login password. Some Marriott properties have this option. Also very convenient to restaurants, stadiums, and shopping.

This hotel was underwhelming, especially for the price. The “rooftop garden” and pool were a broken concrete rectangle with a few basic chairs. No plants, no shade. The ceiling in the bathroom had a crack and water stains, and the curtains were frayed and wouldn’t close all the way.

Unfortunately a bad experience. First night, TV wasn’t working and the sink was clogged. Next day we requested clean service in our room, they never got there, or maybe they never let them know to go and get it done. The guys from valet parking had better customer service than anyone inside. On first day she gave a cost it wasn’t real, from $48 we ended up paying around $180 for three nights. We were ok with that, still the added a charge we don’t know yet where came from.

The hotel’s parking structure is under construction so valet is your only option at the hotel. My car stayed in valet for two nights and was returned to me with a broken window and a dent in the door and Parking Management Company sent me an email informing me that they won’t cover the damages on my new car that I entrusted them with. I would not suggest the hotel or the valet company to anyone.

This is my second time booking in this hotel.
I just do’t like that yhe Hotel Parking is closed. And it was not mention in the website. I booked this hotel mainly because of the Parking convenience we experienced the lat time I booked it. However, the overall stay was still good, the staff are nice, its just the parking inconvenience.
