喜來登印第安納波利斯市中心飯店

Hotel staff members were not friendly, nor did they give us a lot of information about the hotel when we checked in. They gave us a piece of paper and told us to read it for information. The hotel was under construction so it was not very inviting when we arrived. The rooms were okay for comfort but the bathroom was not updated- tap leaked and the shower had weak pressure. When we tried to go for a meal at their restaurant, there were two waitresses arguing and bickering at one another which made it uncomfortable so we left.

Great location and Nice Establishment

Didn't know so much was under construction. Lobby, entrances, street access. A/C in room got cold but not super cold like I like. Reserved king bed but got 2 doubles.

Lots of construction in and outside the. Property. At times valet parking was very busy. No other onsite parking, overall clean room and close to Gain bridge fieldhouse and major sites.

Good location to where I wanted to go.

Loved the stay and the pool

It was an old hotel that needed to be updated. Our room had a musty sewer smell for part of our stay. Great location though.

Pool was nice, however no rooftop bar & pool side service was very limited & drinks were premade from a can.

When me and my husband arrived we noticed their garage was shut down..there was so much cluster in front of the hotel we had to circle around the block for 15 mins before we can get in front of the door.. the construction through us by surprise... I just wish we were made aware since you pretty much have no choice but to pay $55 a night for valet. I can say the valet crew were very nice and courteous..overall, the hotel is nice but outdated, and if we were to stay again I will be sure they are done with their parking garage

Excellent place to stay !!! Staff, cleanliness, area and walkable to almost anything you need!! Will def be using them a lot more

Hotel is really old!

Under a remodel….not enough parking. Gave us the wrong room type.

Excellent service, they were having construction on the parking garage, but it didn’t interrupt our stay at all. At dinner at the bar area and enjoyed our stay. Every employee was nice and courteous!

Hotel was DIRTY! Everytime we requested our car it was a veryyy long wait! Pool was old and outdated with no shallow end!

We were not told they are under major renovations, parking garage was not available, had to pay for valet parking, our room was not available for check in, waited over an hour and our room was still not available, settled for a different room, restaurant in the hotel was way over priced for the quality of food, pool was misrepresented and couldnt even use it due to the hotel being at full capacity, the toilet looked like an after thought of placement with the handle being under the vanity, would only flush if you pulled up on the handle, bathroom door would not shut and would get wedged closed of you tried and was damaged, double bed room with only enough towels and wash clothes for one person, the tv remote was so worn out you could only change channels going down, went to check out and the valet service to get your car took over 30 minutes. What a disaster this hotel is. Will never use Sheraton again, dont go here. We could have recieved this kind of experience anywhere and with alot less money. Spent extra for parking, wasnt going to eat at the hotel so spent more waiting for our room and couldnt leave easily due to the valet service being over whelmed, people screaming in the hall way at 3am. We would have been better off sleeping in our car. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Dont go here

Seems like sketchy pool closes way too early no air in room

The room was comfortable for our stay. Unfortunately, there were no king bed rooms available when we arrived even though that’s what we booked. Suhaib at the front desk was accommodating and provided us a breakfast voucher which was appreciated.
