The Staff and service was excellent, very nice hotel. I must say that the Swamp Fox restaurant was excellent and the servers were wonderful and very professional.

This is a centrally located hotel very close to all of the highlighted monuments that most people want to visit. It has very easy access to the highway and it is also within a 10 minute drive to the airport. It is definitely a thumbs up hotel with great service and I will stay here again when visiting DC.

We had a great time at Washington, D.C. The stay at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel was convenient for us while we were visiting. The hotel is actually located outside of Washington, D.C. but is in a nice location for a quick Uber ride in and out of D.C. Given we travelled in July one of the hottest months the stay was pretty awesome. Don’t forget to get their Breakfast in the morning before heading out :-).

I recently stayed at this property. The parking garage was in poor condition. I was not certain the entire structure was stable. The entrance to the parking garage elevator had an area rug with many stains and there were scratches all over the elevator. The floor of the elevator was peppered with dirt and grime, I'd imagine from years of neglect. The condition of the elevator to the main floors was very similar to the parking garage elevator. There were scratches and dings all over the walls of the elevator and the rug was dirty. The ice machine on my floor and several other floors were not functional. I stayed here back in June 2025 and had a similar experience. I had to go to several floors to find a functioning ice machine. Inside the room, there was a giant hole where the sprinkler system once existed and the curtain to the shower was filthy. Finally, for the price of what I paid for the room, the breakfast buffet seemed like a reasonable thing to include. I appreciated that the cost for my stay was fairly reasonable however, I suppose in this situation, I got what I paid for in the end.

The room that was provided was like a regular motel type of a room. When there are 4 people they had only 3 towels and nobody picks up the call to request for additional towels

Check in and out was a breeze. There is a charge to park at the facility. Restaurant on site was great the first night. We went down for breakfast and during breakfast a rat came through the dining area. Staff apologized and stated it happens sometimes when they open some door in the area. Lost appetite after that. Bedrooms were clean but would stay away from restaurant.

It’s located near Pentagon which makes it convenient to go anywhere for shopping or to campus or any restaurants.
The hotel room is good but the bathtub is so tiny, you can barely stand on it . Very uncomfortable won’t stay here again because of that!

9/10 everything clean everything great but had to pay for parking but it was only like $20 a night which is cheaper than anywhere else very good stay overall tho this will be my spot anytime I come to dc area for sure. 10-20 minute drive from downtown dc and pretty much anywhere I needed to go very convenient

I recently stayed at this property. The parking garage was in poor condition. I was not certain the entire structure was stable.
