For the cost of this hotel it seemed overpriced. One of the front desk staff was rather rude when I asked if they had coffee available. He informed me that it was right behind me, which was a coffee shop that charges. The hotel seems quite out of date and could use some fresh paint and maybe some cleaning. There were numerous staff that were very helpful.

The room temperature never got below 76°. Elevators were old and took a long time. Room was clean but the bathroom was small and outdated. Employees were very nice though.

Our stay was great and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. There is unfortunately no on-site parking and because of that, the price should come down a little. $22 a day to park.

Celeste at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. So was everyone at the front desk.
The Jimmy V restaurant was as excellent also and catered nicely to allergies - the manager plus the hosts and servers were so excellent. The breakfast chef gave me some of the best grits I’ve eaten in a while!

The information about parking was incorrect (said $15/day with in and out privileges, but it was actually $24/day with no in and out privileges). The check in process was very quick, but the person didn't tell me anything (like where our room was, where to park, didn't ask if I had any questions). The hotel itself was convenient for walking downtown and was otherwise fine (felt a little run down).
