Sheraton Richmond Airport hotel was great. Was able to leave my car in their parking lot for 5 days while we went out of the airport to take a cruise out of Miami. No problems when we returned. Hotel shuttle took us the RIC at 4am for our early flight and picked us up 5 days later when we returned at 10:30pm. Also had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food and service were great. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Well planned room, great beds, no hideous hotel art (well, ok one small ugly print), very good shower, on-time transport even very early in the AM.
All I could want from an airport hotel!

We were put in actually had urine leaking from the room above us onto our bathroom. When we checked in there was a puddle on top of the toilet. The staff graciously moved us to a new room. The grounds are basic and unfortunately they charge you to park your car on the property in their huge outdoor lot. That was a bit surprising!

The hotel room was good.
The problem I had was when I checked in I was told that I needed to pay for my hotel stay when I already prepaid through Expedia. I have the receipt of payment and my credit card was charged already. I thought this was taken care of.
After I checked out and looked at my bank statement I saw that my debit card was charged. I will be calling the hotel to see what this is about.
