The property was literally three minutes from the airport and the shuttle went directly there. It was a perfect place to stay if you had a very early flight. The rooms were clean and bright.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Bonvoy by Marriott the staff was so polite the foyer, bar and dining is very nice and clean the rooms were very clean and presentable, I have nothing bad to say... they offer a buffet breakfeat that you can enjoy before you check out with a good selection of the popular breakfast foods and drinks, its a nice way to end your stay.

The property was absolutely beautiful, very clean and everything sparkled. There was a nice restaurant/bar area as well as a small area you could purchase snacks.
Staff was friendly, and there was a shuttle that was very prompt in the morning. I found the entire experience after a frustrating traveling day very accommodating.

Mattress wasn’t great. Biggest problem was that we needed to return a car and asked for the phone number for the shuttle service and we were given the wrong number. It was actually an out of service number. So we walked from the airport back to the hotel. The front desk person wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem able to answer questions out of the ordinary.

I stayed there 4 nights. The heat never fully worked. I asked for assistance from several staff members. Your only bright spot is kenya. I'm on my way back home with a miserable cold. The solution is either shut the room down until the problem can be remedied, or fix it right away. Thank you.
