The condition need to be upgraded for the amount of money it cost. It’s old and the rugs need to be clean and furniture. Need to be updated and housekeeping need to clean better the last party that rented the room stuff some stuff was still in the room behind the chair Need better bedding line

Always a great stay but the check in process is usually miserable af. They only have 1-2 people staffed and the line formed is insane. Typical guest include bozos who don’t usually travel so they don’t understand that there’s ALWAYS going to be a security deposit and usually a resort fee but with the shortage of staff the wait gets unbearable. Not always staff fault they have to deal with incompetent people but if the hotel staffed the desk better the issue would be so bad

Love that it is a dog-friendly hotel, the property does need updating. The suite we stayed in was peaceful and everything from parking, boardwalk are located conveniently close by.

"I was really disappointed with my stay at the Showboat Hotel. The room wasn’t clean, and to make matters worse, the heating system didn’t work at all. Every morning and evening, loud kids playing in the hall disrupted any chance of quiet relaxation. The coffee maker was a hassle too—it leaked constantly, making it practically unusable. I tried reaching customer service, but my calls went unanswered throughout my stay. And then there’s the daily service fee of over $30 for access to the beach, internet, and pool, which feels totally unreasonable since the beach is free and I never even used the pool or internet. I hope the management listens to this feedback and makes some serious improvements. Until then, consider your options carefully if you’re thinking about staying here."

The establishment was cold even my suit wouldn't stay warm the bedroom yes the other part no. The dining closed early then scheduled, the skate rink did not open on Feb 20th and 21st. On the 21st we brought our own skates and entered the rink because the doors were open. At 1pm a man decided to kick us out of the rink because we needed to pay but how are you just opening at 1pm when check out is at 11am so we left the rink. The water park check in lady gave us the wrong arcade card to another location In New Jersey that did not work in the Atlantic City location causing me to have to spend extra money on a game card that night so my kids can play The water park was also cold. The outside doors near the entrance to the water park were open due to the security. Just standing there talking that the park was cold. Showboat tried to fine me $78 for parking when I paid my parking the night before and I woke up at 10am they fined me at 8:00 am. I don't recommend!
