Noise was HORRIBLE. Party next door and upstairs plus metal chairs on outdoor balcony above were blowing in the wind constantly and making a racket. All night long the noise was pretty loud in the bedroom. The door to suite bedroom wouldn't close. Notified the front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it. At the same time, we asked for additional disposable coffee cups since they only provide two and we had 6 night stay. The door was never fixed and the cups never arrived. Lights in the bathroom were out.

The elevators issue was unacceptable. We had went to meet others for dinner, trying to return to our room to freshen up for a show, 4 of the 6 elevators were not working. Supposedly maintenance was working on them. We waited close to a half hour in line to get to our room, were told we weren’t allowed to use the steps, ridiculous actually. In the morning upon checkout at 10:45 am, we waited with other people trying to leave. We had to take an elevator to the top floor in order to get to the lobby. We finally arrived at our car at 11:20. That’s 40 minutes to get out of the hotel. My husband will be contacting you about this. I wouldn’t support them anymore as many parents had unhappy children.

Lets start off as the rooms are totally outdated. Couches dirty, toilet paper holder broken as well as the towel holder. No microwave. Non smoking room but through the vents u smell marijuana. They collect or say they $150 if caught smoking however each floor smells. You can hear ur neighbors. The water park opens late. Over charge for a small water park and an additional fee if u want the adult area. I can go on...I feel that what you see on tv and online will hype a person up but get very disappointed when you get there. I also feel like for a hotel with so much potential and money thats being made can be much better.

- we had a high floor king suite with walk-in shower for my 50th birthday. Nicely appointed room, updated. Had microwave and refrigerator. Spacious. I would definitely rent this room again. Great for having a few friends over for snack & drinks before hitting the town.
-only complaint was that no one answered the phone when I rang front desk or housekeeping. Ice was not available on all the floors. The elevator down from 23rd floor during checkout on Sunday morning was really tough to get on.
None of those issues trumped the great time we had, and the really nice room.

They gave our King size room that we paid for to someone else. Gave us a wheelchair room. At least upgrade us. We had to pay $150 deposit. Get to the room. No hot water. The room looked rundown. The baseboard was dirty like someone spilled something. One lamp didnt work. I forgot to lock the door. While i was laying down someone opened the door then closed it. Wth. Kind of mess is this. I did not feel safeall at.Very disappointed.

The Property is AMAZING for those who enjoy a peaceful environment without the “Gambling Smoky” Vibes. HOWEVER, the tub stopper did not work, Parking is an additional $25 a day AND our credit card WAS CHARGED A $150 HOLD for “Incidentals”.
For that I BLAME HOTELS.COM for not STATING this Policy in your Booking Description!!!!
