THEY TOOK THE COFFEE MAKERS OUT OF THE ROOMS SO NOW YOU ARE FORCED YO BUY COFFEE FROM THAT NEW COFFEE CAFE AND ITS NIT EVEN GOOD. THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD BUT PLEASE PUT THE COFFEE MAKERS BACK IN THE ROOMS

It was a wonderland for children and torture to parents. I went alone and had a wonderful stay. I did not like that when you are in a non-smoking room there are no windows or balcony and there are not smoking areas around. Just made it more difficult.

The beds were very comfortable. The teo bedroom one we got was nice n big. 3 bathrooms. View was amazing.

Dirty, awful odor throughout the hallways and the beds were off balance and very thin. I was traveling for a basketball tournament for my son and needed to do some work in the room but none of the outlets could hold the charger in the wall even my phone charger fell out. Too many inconveniences and do not recommend this place. Over priced arcade , the only clean decent part of the hotel seemed to be the water park but did not have time to go in to get the waterpark experience . Hotel needs to close and update

The hotel was kind of Rundown. At one point the public restroom had no toilet paper in any single stall, but it was stocked up later on that day. It advertises that it has a pool but it's no longer open. Our room was okay but the bathroom was kind of dark and one of the bulbs was out. We had a beachfront hotel and we can see the beach but we were on the side of the building so we seen more of the other Hotel.

We were excited for our stay. The pics online looked decent and it looked like a convenient location. When we got to our room - we were appalled by how gross and dirty the room was. It did not reflect what we saw online. It felt like we were in a time warp to the 70s. We proceeded to go to the front desk to ask if we could get a refund. The front desk person was very gracious - she told us that we could get a refund for the room.
We went to grab our luggage from the room, came back to the front desk and was greeted by another front desk person name Diamond. She was also the person who checked us in. I asked her what my options were and what happened to the more updated rooms in the pics shown online. She told us that we booked a handicap room. So the issue was not the hotel but the issue is with my booking via Hotels.com. I assume for the price that they offered it was for the least desirable room.
Diamond was nice enough to put us in a renovated room. Once we got there - it was like night and day. A brighter room with hardwood floors and decent bedding. The original room felt like a motel room. I wouldnt even touch anything in there.
We were also unaware of all the excessive parking fees. The hotel itself was really old and gross. Elevator to the parking lot was either not working or just filthy. Everything looked like it was just not well maintained. We appreciated how accomodating the staff was but would never recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is great for a family vacation. The water park was really nice my granddaughters ages 7 and 11 enjoyed it. The arcade is right downstairs so that was a plus. They had a day at the beach which is right out the front door so they were happy.
There was a problem with the elevators not accepting the key card for a couple of days. But they had that fixed by the time we left. Housekeeping was kinda hit and miss. There was no way to inform the staff if you wanted the room cleaned. When we called they couldn’t get to us until after 4pm. The supervisor came up once we explain we had garbage that needed to be removed.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
