Very clean, some of the food was very good but over priced. They offer a varety of things to do. The couple's massage was amazing and they treat you very well in the spa. Drinks were hit or miss depending on where you went

Loved all the options at Cafe Central at The Silver Legacy. I had the chicken teriyaki bowl. It was so tasty! I also worked out at the gym which was broken down into two rooms-one for machines and the other was the weight room. Great equipment to work out with! Loved the fact that you can walk from The Silver Legacy to El Dorado & Circus Circus to see all the restaurants, shops & casinos, etc.! We just got as far as The El Dorado, but loved all the options to eat.

"Not worth the money — felt 15× worse than a 1-star hotel."
I booked a room at the 4-star Silver Legacy Resort in Reno expecting a smooth check-in and a decent stay for the price I paid. Instead, I was told at the front desk there was a “system issue” and it would be just a few minutes. That “few minutes” turned into over an hour of waiting in the lobby, only to be told it still wouldn’t be fixed for at least another hour.
With no other choice, they moved me to their sister hotel, Eldorado, just down the street. The front desk staff there were very nice and tried to help, but the hotel itself is old, outdated, and in terrible condition. When the receptionist asked if I wanted a smoking room, I clearly said non-smoking. I went up to my room and was hit with a horrible cigarette smell so strong it was impossible to ignore.
The staff switched me to another room, which was slightly better, but the entire experience — the long wait, the unexpected hotel change, the poor condition of the building, and the smoke-filled first room — made it feel like I had paid luxury prices for something 15 times worse than a 1-star hotel. I would never recommend this to anyone looking for comfort, value, or reliability.

Property room was good. I had a standard room two nights room very clean had no problem. Only thing I called for Towers. They never arrived. Other than that. I had an enjoyable stay will stay there again.

After driving 3 hrs and arriving 35 minutes early before 3 pm check-in, We were told it would cost $39.99 to check in early.extortion.
The hot water pressure in shower was a trickle , No hot water, barely a hint of warm, the mattresses were very uncomfortable for being a premium room. Not happy about this stay.

To begin with we had been sitting in horrible Reno traffic for 1 1/2 to 2 hours so we didn't get there until 6:30pm. They only had two people at registration and one of them kept helping walk up people. When I was finally helped she informed me that they didn't have any King Beds left. I believe I made this reservation way back in February? So it didn't do me much good and it also ended up costing about $200 more than quoted. Anyway we ended up in a room with a very small "queen" bed? At least it was accessible for my husband. Then the hair dryer didn't work and I asked for another one twice and didn't receive one. We had stayed here years ago and it was lovely. Never again!
