Booked a room and ended up not making it in time i thought i would. Never checked in and still wont give me a refund. No service rendered and still no refund. I will never booknthis hotel again. Gsr had no problem helping me out

Paid for through Expedia in full. Got to the propety and they said I had to pay a mandatory $44 resort fee. They said it covers housekeeping and coffee pods etc. I said "so the stuff hotels include normally"... no reply. The check in desk said i had to pay it and there was no option to opt out.. it was mandatory... what a scam. Expedia... please make your pricing transparent.

This is a smoky facility. My room was in a smoke free zone but the smoking in the casino area is so heavy that the stench of it permeates the entire building. I guess the stink travels up the elevator shafts. They must use heavy air freshener because the closed guest room atmosphere is tolerable but for me the overall smoke factor is over the top. The casino area was intolerable because of this and I'll avoid returning here forever.

It was our first time at the hotel. Every staff member we talked to was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. The only issue we had was it never seemed very cool, even in our room. We didn’t bring it to anyone’s attention and just assumed there was an issue. We would stay here again.

The check-in policy is horrible. We arrived at 2:30 pm (check in time is at 3:00). If we wanted to check in now, we would have to pay an early fee of $35. There were many people sitting around waiting for 3:00 check-in. Workers behind the counter had nothing to do because no one was checking in. Around 2:50 they finally said we could check-in with no fee. By now there was a huge line of people to check in. The casino is trying to make extra money for early check-in, but they are losing money. For how long we all had to wait we could have been spending money gambling, shopping etc.
