Or stay at the Silver Legacy is absolutely wonderful beautiful room, beautiful view very comfortable easy to negotiate. Staff is so warm and pleasant, it would have been helpful if we could’ve had some sort of wheeled device to help with our luggage, to transport it from the car to our room. We did it ourselves did not want to engage the bell service, and no one could provide a luggage cart, so we made two trips.

Staying at the Silver Legacy, it is right in the middle of downtown Reno and it is very convenient and walkable to all the other casinos in that area. It was a very nice older hotel. The registration staff was amazing. Very helpful and very kind.
Now the maid service could use some help. When we went into a room, somebody had used the potty and it wasn’t flushed. And there was hair shavings on one of the sinks in the bathroom. Yuck. And in the couch in the living room, there was pretzels like nobody had moved the couch a little bit to vacuum.
I like staying at this hotel. And I do understand that it’s older. But when it comes to cleanliness there shouldn’t be an issue. And there was.
But other than that, it was nice.

I did not appreciate your dining options to give you one example of ordering a bagel from your coffee shop and they can’t even put the butter or the cream cheese on it. We don’t do it like that. You didn’t have proper wings, proper sports bar environment inside the casino. I called the front desk on two occasions regarding the pay-per-view movies and the people didn’t even understand and they said it’s an AV situation that’s not acceptable.

Arrived at the hotel received an exciting extra fee on top of the amount I already paid not disclosed prior. Upon arriving to my room, there was no hot water which did not come back on until almost midnight. Was not satisfied with my stay.

Like: Room was spacious, had convenient usb chargers on both nightstands.
Dislike: Only three pillows on the bed, when I pulled back the sheet I found four long black hairs imbedded in sheet (like stuck in from the wash) sheets were clean but had to remove the hairs 😖
