Road at 5th & Virginia was blocked off & Google didn’t know how to go around it to approach parking garage. A treat or email would have been helpful.

I liked our room. However we had to ask for more toilet paper. The casino is not worth it, prices too high for being the weekday and not weekend. Cheapest bj table was 25 minimum. The restaurant and little shops were too expensive. Two bottle tea came to a total of 15$ my husband went to a walmart and bought tea and sodas for us.

The front desk staff were great! Ahram helped with checking in and was so friendly and helpful. However there are not many staff members available to check you in or out and they encourage you to use the kiosks. The kiosks are not smooth and easy to use in fact they were quite difficult and we ended up going to the front desk instead. We also were not comfortable going outside even in the daytime because there were a lot of transients yelling on the streets. While some of the casino staff were friendly and fun, there were others that were mean and not welcoming- so that wrecked the gambling vibe several times.

We arrived at 7 PM and did not get into a room until after 10 PM. We checked our suitcases in at the Bell desk with two jackets picked up our suitcases and the two jackets were not there they were taken to the lost and found. And we’re never seen again. So we will not be back.
