Did not realize my room would be on a floor with smoking.
Also, elevators were infrequent, and when they did arrive to our floor, they were already full. Other guests reported catching elevators up, just so they would be first on the way down

When we got her it is pretty empty which is nice however they still want to charge you $35 if you are an hour early for check in. The staff working the counter was cold and lacked customer service and just not what I would expect from a hotel in the Caesar family after so many good experiences in Vegas, Reno did not compare!

But!!
The casino floor in general was not pleasant.
My family/friends will not be patronizing the Silver Legacy in the future, mainly due to the unwelcoming posture and disrespectful demeanor of casino floor managers that I experienced during a craps machine malfunction 06-July.
Definitely better options for gaming and bar hopping.
Sad to place a negative review, but all in my group of 5 had similar (overall) experiences and prospective

The hotel lobby and casino was stunning. The elevators were incredibly slow with an average wait time of 10 min every time you needed one. Bedding was cheap and plain. The Bellhops were wonderful, very knowledgeable and courteous

The lady at the desk was not in a good mood at all, not friendly seemed very unhappy. The whole day there was only one elevator working for the whole hotel. We did report this but nothing was done. The silver legacy use to be out favorite place but not anymore.
