I have repeatedly stayed at the Silver Legacy. The staff is always incredibly courteous and kind. The rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. The pool is small but hits the spot when it’s hot outside. Also love the fact that it’s connected to Circus Circus and the El Dorado. It makes gambling and having a great night super easy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was charged an early check-in fee and 10 minutes after check-in had to evacuate hotel for 30 minutes and use stairs from the 11th floor due to false alarm. No credit recived after requesting it. Drunk loud znd obnoxious neighbors on 1st and last night. This place compared to other hotels I haved stayed in was pretty bad. First and last time staying there and visiting Reno. Too bad, I wanted to like it.

Property was decent, but the elevators were awful. There were five elevators for my section of the hotel and only one was working every time we tried to use it. Sometimes we had to wait three cycles to get on the elevator, and we had a handicap person with us, which made it even worse.

Horrible there for two nights extremely hot , no ac only a fan. Last night we are there fire alarm goes off at 2:30 am we need to evacuate go down 12 flights of stairs to find out the alarm is faulty

Don't stay here in the Summer. The AC system is not strong enough to cool the rooms. Our room as 80+ degrees and there was nothing maintenance could do. They bled our system and it didn't change. We were in a suite and made no difference. They said no rooms were available but I hardly believe that so we could no relocate. I would stay ANYWHERE but here.

Bad management about checking in. Even I came there at 240 pm only to wait like others because you have to pay extra 49 dollars if want to check in early. All the front deck women just standing there doing nothing , waiting until 300. When 300 came , the line of people were around the block. I understand the casino wants to make extra profit but sorry not from me anymore. At least we enjoyed the Air Supply. Thank and bye bye.

We checked in a day early and I told the gal at the front desk that I only wanted to stay two days. She made a mistake and charged me for three days so I stopped at the desk on the morning. We were to leave and explain the situation and they told me they could not refund my money that I had to talk to Expedia about that so I'm letting you know I'm doing a refund for the third day that I was charged and did not stay at that hotel

Did not realize my room would be on a floor with smoking.
Also, elevators were infrequent, and when they did arrive to our floor, they were already full. Other guests reported catching elevators up, just so they would be first on the way down
