I've stayed here before and had gotten a bigger suite but this time I chose to get a smaller one which was actually a great room but was higher in price. Weird but ok I took it. Now I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days as a mini vaca for myself. And I truly only stayed here because I knew the room would be nice but mainly because there is a spa and also an outdoor pool. That they claim is heated and open year round. So my first day there was Sunday, so Sunday till Tuesday was my days. The first day I went to the spa to get appointments for a massage in the spa and some things in the salon. Of course they were booked for that day. But they were also booked for the entire time I was staying because they are actually closed on mondays and tuesdays! In a casino! That is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week all year round! Yet you don't have decent hours for the spa or salon? So then that night, I'm on the 31st floor and all I can hear until 8 pm are the 50 kids in the pool way way under my window. Clearly not very relaxing so I don't go that night. I do go the next day however and the pool was not heated! Nobody is watching the kids down there. It's just a mess! I've never been so disappointed in a stay that cost me a lot of money like this. And I won't ever recommend anyone else to now either.

Just wasnt any customer service at all at Silver legacy . Maintence was terrible no a/c in room the first night a called to have it fixed 7 hours later i called again and then no one came to my room to check it so i went down to front desk and ask for manager they said it was broken and the couldnt fix it so they need to change my room . How can you know it broke if you never check it
there more but that enough restaurant was understaffed and now one really seem to care

We stayed for 2 nights, the AC was not great, our room was set at 65 and it was probably cooling 75 but the beds were comfortable. The elevators would get severely backed up and had waits up to 15/20 minutes. Highlights were

The hotel was fine. But arriving by plane at 11:30pm we ran to meet the shuttle that stops at midnight. We were waiting at 11:41 called the hotel and they said yes the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. It never showed, 3 of us and a large group of 16 had to scramble for taxis and ubers. Then the check in was a joke, it was after midnight 1 clerk working and the group of 16 and about 15 others had to wait and they were having trouble locating rooms AND WE HAD reservations!!
