We stayed for 2 nights, the AC was not great, our room was set at 65 and it was probably cooling 75 but the beds were comfortable. The elevators would get severely backed up and had waits up to 15/20 minutes. Highlights were

The hotel was fine. But arriving by plane at 11:30pm we ran to meet the shuttle that stops at midnight. We were waiting at 11:41 called the hotel and they said yes the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. It never showed, 3 of us and a large group of 16 had to scramble for taxis and ubers. Then the check in was a joke, it was after midnight 1 clerk working and the group of 16 and about 15 others had to wait and they were having trouble locating rooms AND WE HAD reservations!!

Everything was Great except the laundry services.
Me and my son went up for a Base Tournament and could not get his uniforms washed in time for the next day!? This was absolutely awful. I was forced to use a laundry matt to wash his uniforms. Major inconvenience. You have hundreds of kids that stay there and can get the uniforms washed. This has to fixed.

Elevator performance was the worst I have ever seen. 5 elevators and a line of over 35+ people waiting to board.
The noise from car alarms and idiot people reving their car engines way after midnight made things difficult to get any sleep.

Overall stay was good, but this is the first hotel and I stayed at many large hotels that it was so crowded. There were literally lines to the elevators at at times or 10 to 15 people deep and so it took a long time to get to the room and also down to the lobby.
