The front desk staff when checking in was great. I didn’t catch her name. However, the Monday morning front desk staff were not. I had to wait to turn in the keys as someone sat me just looked at me. She didn’t say anything. Another person finally wandered out of a room, didn’t greet me or thank me.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, quiet. The part I did not like was the pet area. Basically back of property, full of construction debris, no lighting, no exit door facing the pet area. Just felt very unsafe for my dog and myself. Plus the ever present dog fee of $25 to boot.
If you aren't traveling with a pet, would be good.

We stopped here on a roadtrip we were taking. The hotel was very well kept. Our room was clean and we had a great breakfast in the morning! We said we'd stay here again if we find ourselves driving through Miles City again!

Located near several fast food restaurants and Walmart. Hotel was sold out for a wrestling tournament. Staff kept up with providing warm breakfast even after the kids came through. All were kind and courteous.
