Sleep Inn & Suites North Mobile Saraland

Overall this was a good stay. The room was cleaned and made up every day. Check-in and check-out were simple. The lobby staff were friendly and attentive. Room was quiet. Curtain provided total darkness for sleeping. The HVAS unit worked well on both heat and A/C. My only real complaint was the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I picked this hotel for the indoor pool, expecting a heated pool. As far as I could tell, the pool was not heated at all, so I was unable to enjoy it.

From check in to check out,everything was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be advised it is a Continental breakfast..carbs only with exception for boiled eggs. Very plentiful. Thank you

I really LOVE, LOVE the spacious within the room. Very comfy beds & pillows. We felt very comfortable at rhis hotel. And the price per night was exceptional. The only thing I can add as something that dislike me was the toilet, because was loose. And make a noise that bothers, like if it was to break. Room 202 (just change the toilet) and clean the stain spota that can be visible in the doora and walls. But other than that. I completely recomend this hotel. No matter if is a long or short stay. The hotel is good, affordable and comfortable.

My stay at Sleep Inn was nice enough. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. However, the problem was that my refrigerator didn’t work and I told the night attendant about it and he said that he would send someone to check it out and take care of it no one was ever sent. The next night I spoke with the attendant again this time informing him that not only did he no one ever come that I had food that had spoiled (sushi) and that room service had cleaned the room (even though there was the do not disturb in the key slot) but they didn’t bring any fresh towels. Plus for the price I think they could offer a better breakfast.

Great hotel in a great area. The only negative would be the pool hours are 10am-7pm so make sure to arrive early if planning to swim.

The room greeted us with a strong perfume smell like someone sprayed something to cover up a smell. It was super strong and bothered both of us. Room was decent but makes you question cleanliness when the bathroom door had obvious food smudges by the handle. Amenities felt slim. Shampoo but no conditioner, a lotion, and bar of soap. It was a king room reserved for two but only had one wash cloth and two towels. Bed was comfortable. It worked for the one night I needed it while traveling through but not sure I’d stay for a longer term visit.

Easy to find the property, check in was smooth and efficient. Room is spacious and clean.

This was a last minute decision to stop, and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was in great shape and appeared to have just been rennovated. The room was comfortable, large, and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

All was well they never gave me any issues with any things I asked. The breakfast was really basic. But that's fine over all stay good no complaints I will suggest to anyone that I know that's traveling to mobile Alabama

This was a good value. Just needs some touch up paint. Very clean. No food at the exit but not too far to the next exit that had a lot of options to eat.

I booked this room last minute while I had to leave a VRBO that I booked which was disgusting. I arrived at this hotel and it was exactly what I was looking for…CLEAN. Not to mention that the bed was amazingly comfortable! Thank you for having a room open for me!
