We had a nice experience although it was only an overnight stay.

Really comfortable stay and clean. There was a mistake in the system but they dealt with it with extreme care and were super nice overall really liked the place.

Room had overpowering air freshener odor. The floor was fake wood paneling, and it was loose and coming up in many places, kept catching my socks and feet on the edges. Very uncomfortable. Probably won't stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and a good price. The staff was friendly and professional and the breakfast buffet was good.

Everything was good except the breakfast, which was terrible.

Hotel needs updating. The room was clean enough but the old, dilapidated flooring needs to be redone.

Nice people at front desk, but we could hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms and couldn't sleep.

Great stay

Room was good for the price. Walls are ridiculously thin, so if you don't want to hear your neighbors talking all night or moaning, probably should stay elsewhere.

Hotel was ok.

Close off the interstate. Allow pets.

Property is a bit dated. Staff was awesome.

A "chirping noise happened now and then through the night", and I couldn't locate it to turn it off. I told the desk clerk who politely took down the information.

This is not a good 8 rating! The rating in hotels.com is deceiving, I recommend to double check rating and reviews in Google before booking here. I didn’t do so until after the fact, Google gives it a 6 rating. The room we got the toilet handle was broken and the laminated wood floor was bubbling out. After calling the front desk we were promptly given another room in the same floor. The second room was clean, but with an overwhelming smell of cleaner/bleach. I was tired at that point and just wanted to sleep and decided to ignore the smell; big mistake, did not have a restful night. The room is small liken a cruise cabin, the sliding door to the restroom would not close completely, it seemed off the track or off centered. One of closet’s door does not fully open as the closet is in extremely close proximity to the AC/Cooler wall mounted unit. There is no way to access the ironing board. The carpets are dirty with big stains. The options for the included breakfast were biscuits and a bland water gravy, cereal, apples, mini biscuits and waffles. The breakfast room attendant started clearing up everything and turned off the juice dispenser 10 minutes before the end time when a lady and her child came in for breakfast. She would not turn it back on for the child and it wasn’t until I asked her to at least let the child get yogurt and a mini muffin. Not nice at all.

It was a perfectly adequate stay for one night as we passed through from AZ to Colo. Our Q room was THE smallest room I've ever stayed in-: no tub, no side chair, a bed, two small side tables, and the regular TV/desk/fridge set up with an uncomfortable desk chair. The wifi was inconsistent but worked mostly. It was a good location to where we wanted to be. The flooring was horribly installed.

The price was great, but the morning breakfast lacked more choices, such as fresh fruit, and needed things like beans, bacon, tortillas, menudo, or other plates. I will stay there again since the price was good.

The pool was greenish water and dirty, ice cold water. Couldn’t swim in it. Hot tub wasn’t clean either. It was gross. Smelled moldy in the pool Hot tub area.
