Overall, I'd rate it excellent for the price. The only negative was that the hot breakfast was mediocre (waffles and cold biscuits with gravy) and did not have options like cereal and fruit. Obviously, if you want more, you'll pay more, but I've booked here again.

Rooms and beds were small as well as the bathroom and shower but they all worked for the weekend. Looked clean but the place smells. People were outside the back door smoking a blunt at 9 am saturday morning. Walking distance to waffle house and a steakhouse. They were both good as well. The pool was closed but its not even may yet. We didnt try the breakfast. I may stay there again if i need to.

Then go to breakfast and the only thing they offer for your free breakfast is a bunch of carbs including biscuit gravy that is the nastiest can stuff I've ever seen but that's not the problem if it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't serve it cold in a Crock-Pot not even heated up and then maids never come by to find out if you need towels in the time that you stay there and they keep your deposit and now don't answer the phone if you try calling to find out about the deposit

Lots of noise from loud music and loud behavior. Supposed to be a non smoking facility. But in all areas of the hotel you could smell cigarettes and marijuana. Need to get this under control! There are small kids staying there so the management needs to make it smoke free like it is supposed to be!

This Hotel has been a pleasant place to stay cause its fairley close to family and friends why in Kansas City, but this time was off, to say, a little. Got in room and looked like someone had been laying in the bed, pillow pushed down, blankets turned down a little, and no remote for the TV, but I didnt bother to report it to desk, cause sometimes it causes a rockus and they start putting you in worse rooms, and they was no breakfast out Sunday Morning.

Quiet and clean enough for a one-night stay before a morning flight. The room smelled strongly of incense, but at least that was better than smoke. The toilet was wobbly and there were some holes in the blanket, but nothing was soiled. AC was strong and shower was great. Basically the property is slightly outdated/worn but decent enough overall. A bigger frustration is that they are an airport hotel but do not offer an airport shuttle. If you are looking for a budget option, be sure to factor in that you will need an Uber or Lyft before a flight.

This was supposed to be a smoke free room. The last two evenings we were there, there was smoke coming from someplace else thru our bathroom ceiling vent (which didn't work). It was quite strong and unpleasant.
