I’ve stayed here many many times and it’s always been an amazing stay, unfortunately the last two times including this past weekend, there was poop in the toilet and moldy shower floors.

The hotel gets the basics right: comfortable mattresses and clean linens; clean bathrooms; good A.C.; good blackout window shades; good free breakfast; very helpful staff. Areas that could be improved: carpets need replacement throughout hotel; cleanup from errant smoking (hotel is all non-smoking) should be stronger (one room had legacy smoke smell); power ports should be modernized (no USB in room).

Cleanest room and bathroom I've ever seen. Nice furnishings - not fancy, but comfortable and in good taste. Blackout curtains worked great as did the A/C. Nice to have access to coffee in the room and in the lobby 24/7. Location at the corner of an off ramp and increasingly busy street makes it noisy. I felt very safe inside the property, but I was concerned about my vehicle. It just seemed vulnerable but nobody bothered it. The breakfast was the usual fare. Nothing special but certainly adequate and much appreciated. Expected yogurt and some fresh fruit, but none in sight. Didn't use pool, laundry or exercise room. It will be nice when some food places get built nearby. Easy access onto the freeway. The only things that could have been improved was the personality of the person at the desk when I checked in. She wasn't rude or inept; she just had no sparkle and didn't really act like she cared if I checked in or not.

My goal with this review is to warn anyone else that might be considering staying here and is looking at the pictures of the facility. They are very misleading. When we first arrived we had the feeling based on our surroundings that it wasn’t a very safe and clean environment. We walked in and Teresa the front desk receptionist was very nice and helpful, she checked us in to our first room. The room was filthy and there was pubic hair on both bed sheets and the room smelled like an odor. I went down to speak to Teresa again and she was immediately apologetic and moved us into our next room. The second room was cleaner but also had a nasty odor. After that I decided to try for a refund and we ended up staying at the best western. Rooms are small, bathroom reminds me of a camper bathroom, no vanity space to get ready for the day. We just didn’t feel safe staying there. Pay the extra $50-$100 and stay at the best western. The only positive was Teresa’s customer service. She was great

I loved the location and cleanliness of this hotel as well as the provided amenities. This is a nice and clean place with helpful staff and a central location in West Pasco. Will stay again!

I really enjoyed the staff very easy to work with, with great customer service they assisted me with all my needs right away ! Also the indoor pool is pretty sweet

Great hotel, but it’s starting to show its age. Could use a refresh. Other than that it’s still a convenient place to stay

Other than a rude awakening by the smoke alarm at 2:45 AM Friday morning, it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean and front desk staff was very attentive, he even suggested a room near an exit door since we were traveling with a dog.

Nice hotel with good showers. Parking is good. Standard hotel breakfast is provided. Staff were a little strange, but friendly. Would stay again.
