Secluded and quiet property just off University Parkway. Ample and easy parking. Clean and well appointed room with comfortable bed and pillows. Check in was a breeze. About the only negative was that the nightstand lamps were rusty, dirty and moldy

The stay is business casual. Work from room is possible although i advise you bring your own web service. I am just beginning e-commerce provisioning here so use my 5g+ to backbone infrastructure when available.

my reservation was changed in the notes section of the web page. this did not allow for enough room for guest. Thankful to the staff at the hotel that worked with us to get the rooms adjusted. we had to sleep on night on a couch. Very disappointing

Great location right in from of the Sarasota airport. I was somehow disappointed with the room condition. Our key cards did not work, looks like the door locks was inoperable. Also bathroom door was very outdated and did not work properly. Breakfast was ok, with limited selection. Desk service could be more informative and greeter.

the bathrooms are very small and have like a humid smell, also we needed to change our room because of a noisy dog and all available rooms had a problem with cabe/TV or the door lock, the pool was dirty like it was abandoned and had no heating, breakfast was ok

It’s was terrible, soon you walked in the hotel It had a bad smell. The first room had a bad smell. They changed me to another room. It had a bad smell. There was homeless people with dog coming off the elevator and in the lobby. There was no remote in the room called the front desk for them to bring me a remote. They never came so I had to go downstairs to get the remoteThis was a terrible place to stay. It was Noise all night. The bed wasn’t comfortable, couldn’t sleep. Had to see with a chair behind the door because I was scared.

The room was gross. There was stuff all over the walls and there was dirt in the shower. There was some kind smell to the hole building. When i went down the the front desk about the cleanliness of the room they was able to get us into a different room

I have asthma and a mold allergy, we had to leave as soon as we got into our room, and unfortunately was unable to receive a refund. My wife and I had to spend another $200 to stay at a different hotel for the night. I will never use Hotels.com again
