This hotel was a great place to stay when my husband and I went to a concert at the Kemba. The restaurants and the concert was within a 15 min walking distance and that was a great location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would knock them for would be that they give you “complimentary” items when you arrive but then you actually receive a document that states you are paying for those same items. Otherwise, I would suggest staying here if you can.

This is a very nice hotel in a very convenient location to do anything downtown. I liked the comfort of the room, the fitness facility, and the restaurant and bar. My only complaint would be the low water pressure in the shower and the fact that there's no microwave in the room. Would definitely stay here again, though.

I loved the loft feel of the room and how big the room was! I was very surprised! It was quiet and convenient and easy to get to the convention center.

I really like the hotel, the amenities and walkability of the area around the property. The staff who checked us in were incredible, the room was nice and cozy, overall enjoyed our stay. Only grief I have, at 4:00 AM the hotel phone rang and woke my husband and I up. Then the phone rang again. My hsuband answered it half asleep and confused. The staff was calling to check in saying there were complaints from our neighbors of yelling and screaming. My husband asked "from this rooms?" So confused. They confirmed and ge stated we had fallen asleep with the tv on, but that couldn't be us. I have actually never had that experience before of the hotel staff waking us up in any visit I have ever had to a hotel and really didnt appreciate it.

We stayed in the loft section and ligting and where the plus all were was terrible. Love the hotel but won’t want to stay in the section again and it had a weird smell the longer we was there in the elevator and entrance way.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:00PM(I had called earlier that day to let them know if our late arrival) there were no rooms ready and the lobby was full of guests waiting for rooms. The front desk staff went above and beyond trying to accommodate guests. They had to go check for clean rooms to check guests in, but they handled it like pros! Guests rooms are old and worn.

We had a very poor experience. Toilet overflowed and flooded bathroom and elevator door outside room opened and closed constantly with a screaming noise.
