They overcharged my Credit Card, charged me for someone else dining and breakfast! Had to deal with overcharging my CC when checking out! One day later another two charges on my account without my knowledge!!! Four days later still dealing with them to credit back the overcharges !!! Bad experience !

This hotel was nice except the parking which was a pain to bring in luggage because you have to walk up and down ramps and go on two elevators which was annoying. I also didn’t like that they gave a $10 voucher to use at the hotel but charge to the room. Just take the $10 off the room. That was weird. The room was nice though.

Property did not offer a pool and as an uptown property that was unexpected. The restaurant food was very tasty and the cooks were fast. Grant I ordered items that did not require cooking. The Cobb salad was very good!! All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The ranch also tasted homemade although I know it wasn’t. It was packaged well too. I also ordered granola and Greek yogurt, I loved that they offered Greek yogurt! Most places don’t offer Greek as an option. The staff were very helpful and pleasant except 1 lady whom I had contact with on my last day (checkout day) but I won’t allow my interaction with her to tarnish that of all of the staff members. The staff members were also very pleasant to the children in my party. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and I loved the lighting in the vanity mirror. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 young children. The property also offered me a $10 credit everyday I was checked into the property. I enjoyed that. I simply had to pay the amount that was over the $10. The marketplace offered a variety of snacks and beverages. None to my liking but most people would have found them favorable. The kids were provided coloring kits and self portrait kits with stickers and they kept the kids busy while I worked in the room. Valet was quite expensive in my opinion and none of the staff mentioned that street parking was free on the weekends, I did not appreciate that bc I would have saved $100. I loved that elevator

Everything was great except for when I went to shower. The water smelled like Fritos. I let the water run for a few minutes, but the smell didn't go away, so I skipped the shower.

Overall room was very spacious and unique which I loved !
But my couch was missing leather to the pillows in the lounge area of the room
Another thing we noticed is that the levels between floors must be very thin because we heard walking above our heads all morning starting at 6am and could hear each time they flushed the toilet or used the shower . Which caused a restless early morning

We enjoyed our stay here. The hallways were not the cleanest, but the room and the lounge area were clean. The only real issue (and very minor issue) is that we ran out of disposable coffee cups for the in-room coffee. There were enough towels, etc., but a couple of extra disposable coffee cups for two people over two mornings would have been nice. It did not bother us enough to make a special request, but I thought I would put that here as feedback.
The location was great. A lot of interesting things were within walking distance.
Parking was easy, but a little pricey.
