My husband and I stayed here for a quick, close-to-home anniversary trip, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the service stood out. Brian at the front desk made us feel so welcomed—friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. He set the tone for our entire stay.
The hotel went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, even surprising us with a complimentary dinner. That thoughtful touch meant so much and made the evening memorable. The atmosphere was relaxing, the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff truly cared about our experience.
We left feeling refreshed and appreciated, and we’ll definitely return for another getaway. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for warm hospitality and those little extra touches that make a trip special!

The property, for my short stay, was perfect. The staff (from valet to front desk) was incredibly accommodating.
The only thing that I did not like was that the purpose for me being in town did not allow for me to utilize that magnificent looking gym.

My only negative on this hotel stay was housekeeping (or whoever) knocking on our door before 8 am…. And then continuing to knock and actually enter the room for the next three hours on several occasions to see if we were gone when check out wasn’t until 11.

Room was clean. Have to request your room to be cleaned. Parking garage was $42 dollars a day. Sidewalk was closed for construction. Fitness center was very nice. Skywalk escalator was closed.

My family and I rented a loft room for the weekend. We saw a concert that was a 10 minute walk down the street from the hotel. The area around the hotel is beautiful. The hotel was modern and clean. The air conditioning worked great. We really had a great time!

Our trip was AMAZING. We booked here because we had a vampire convention across the street, and it was so convenient with the sky walk connecting to the convention center. Our room was super clean and the beds were SO comfortable. The food at the restaurant downstairs was the best food I have EVER had at any hotel. We ate every meal there the entire weekend because we couldnt wait to try something else on the menu. I would absolutely stay here again if im in the area!

Bedding was a flat sheet with thin white cotton blanket, old lumpy pillow…very dated compared to other local hotels. Lounge chair was dusty where seat meets back. No ability to stream on the TV. Will not stay here again as there are many options within five minute walk.

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean (a lot cleaner than some recent ones we stayed at) and everything was updated. The restaurant food was okay. Nothing extraordinary. Hotel is close to everything and in an area that isn’t very busy at all, so you’re not waiting in traffic all day. I would stay here again.
