My husband and I stayed here for a quick, close-to-home anniversary trip, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we checked in, the service stood out. The property, for my short stay, was perfect. The staff (from valet to front desk) was incredibly accommodating. The only thing that I did not like was that the purpose for me being in town did not allow for me to utilize that magnificent looking gym.

My only negative on this hotel stay was housekeeping (or whoever) knocking on our door before 8 am…. And then continuing to knock and actually enter the room for the next three hours on several occasions to see if we were gone when check out wasn’t until 11.

Room was clean. Have to request your room to be cleaned. Parking garage was $42 dollars a day. Sidewalk was closed for construction. Fitness center was very nice. Skywalk escalator was closed.

We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel was clean (a lot cleaner than some recent ones we stayed at) and everything was updated. The restaurant food was okay. Nothing extraordinary. Hotel is close to everything and in an area that isn’t very busy at all, so you’re not waiting in traffic all day. I would stay here again.
