Great room for a solo traveler. The bedding was superb. The vanity would be small for many couples. The bartenders were friendly. The wings were subpar (very dry, no hint of them being brined).

The hotel is a great property. It is clean and the staff was friendly but housekeeping was terrible. You have to request a room clean even though they don’t tell you that at check in. I feel like this went away with Covid or at least it should have. After our first night there we had to request three times to have our room cleaned and new towels and coffee for the morning brought to the room. Even after a trip to the front desk, no one came to our room. We had to go out.In the hall and get fresh supplies the next day. Every day we were there something that was supposed to be left in our room was looked over. For example, they would forget our waters one day lids to the coffee another or even the coffee itself. Please get a checklist! I know it all seems little, but it is very annoying to not have these things that they advertise are provided daily. They also have a homeless problem. One night we went down to have a drink in the bar, which is a very nice bar with great bartenders, but when we went to sit down there was a homeless man next to us just watching their TV. Then another day we were waiting on our car from the valet and there was a homeless man pacing back-and-forth screaming and no one seemed to be doing anything about it. If I was traveling by myself, I would have checked out and gone to a different area. I do not recommend this hotel for a girls trip or a single woman traveling alone. Homelessness is everywhere!!!! Walk to Coors stadium was NOT SAFE!

They sold out the room we booked at the time of our check-in and they generous upgraded us to a much bigger room. They even offer us a free breakfast for 2 as compliment. It is a very good hotel. Valet parking is nice and secure. I don't mind to pay for a secure parking in downtown area to have a peace of mind. The car cost more than $60.00 per night parking.
