I encountered extraordinarily rude staff as I arrived for check in. After learning that parking in the hotel garage would be $55, I found other parking, then could not enter the hotel upon my return. There were a number of valets who simply watched my attempt to enter without any effort to help until I enquired why the door wouldn't open. Finally, one irritated valet badged me in with no word spoken to me. Three people at the front desk did not acknowledge my presence at the counter until a manager entered the room and asked if I had arrived for check in. It was an extremely unpleasant experience for me, a fatigued, traveling (usually remote) college instructor, in Denver for Back-to-College day.

Was awakened at 1:30am by 2 girls next to us arguing and screaming. We called security. They came up and then left. It was quiet for 10 minutes then they started screaming, crying loudly and arguing again. They slammed their door multiple times. This went on for at least an hour. We called security and the front desk again and no one answered. We were terrified and so exhausted the next day. Also several of the staff could not answer our questions because they didn't speak English. Also the pool was green!! It looked nothing like what was advertised. Do not recommend!!

It was the best choice for my husband and I to celebrate our 11th anniversary. We loved the hotel itself, had a great time at the pool, and the staffing was so kind, especially Danielle at the breakfast, she was super sweet, though! The hotel is right off 16th street, lots of cool places to go within walking distance. We live north of FtCo and hang out in Denver area here and there, so definitely we'll be back. Thank you guys. The place was located in a good area of Denver . We went to a concert at Ball Arena about a 25 min walk.. close dining areas to walk to and good variety of food! Water was only thing complimentary with hotel.. NO coffee… food at hotel was expensive… pool area was nice
