My favorite hotel in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is awesome, property is nice. Will stay again!

The front desk staff were very courteous, however there was no explanation of any housekeeping that might be expected or change of towels-there was none. There was an odor in the room although it was very clean. Water in the shower emptied very slowly and shower was not very robust. Other than that it was fine

We were in town for a wedding and our group had a atotal 7 rooms. The vast majority experienced problems like we did. Our room was shabby with ripped carpets, holes in the furniture,burnt and filthy curtains. The pullout mattress bed in the sofa was disgusting with significant staining. Would never stay again.

The property was ok. The pool area was very dirty. Our room needed an upgrade. The cooling system took awhile to kick in. It got cooler the later it got. The pull out couch was stained and old. The bed’s box spring look like cats or dogs were scratching on it. It took a day and a half to get fresh towels. We only had 1 tv remote with 2 separate TVs. The breakfast was decent.

The people were great. However, the internet was so bad, we couldn’t even watch TV. The bed was way too firm, the pillows were lumpy, and there was a stale, old cigarette smell. Also, the water heater must’ve leaked because the carpet was wet.

Convenient to airport. Staff was very pleasant. Room was not clean. Hole in carpet. Couch taped up where there was a hole. Garbage still in trash can under sink from prior traveler. Building and room smelled bad.

First: As soon as I walk-in the building the smell of someone on the first floor smoking mariguana stench left all over. It continued for days. Even smelled all over to the 2nd floor were we stayed.
Second: Screeching noises, loud coming from the fridge, woke us up during night. A/C was lound too. Electrical outlets/part of the room lights didn’t work or shut down.
If this is a smoke-free facility yhey should invest in smoke detectors in every room to get rid off of the guest that cannot follow policies instead of asking if we know who was smoking and also save paper on sending a reminder letter and let out in front of ear door.

So many broken items in my hotel room. Extremely dirty carpets. Insufficient linens and towels. Blood on the stairwell banister. Marijuana overwhelming smell in the halls and common areas.

I would not recommend this property! They charge for parking each night even though the documents you sign don’t state that. The breakfast is disgusting (microwaved chorizo and eggs). The housekeepers also do not properly clean the rooms and are rude! It seems to always have teenagers throwing parties or some other drama going on so the cops stop by frequently.
