Upon the arrival of my stay I was not told the internet was down. Therefor I was not able to watch Tv. I was told I the they would credit my “Travel Pass” which I had no interest in signing up for and was forced to. And lastly their was a small roach underneath the covers of the bed!

Everything was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. As a tea drinker I am saddened by bad tea for breakfast. Though I must say, the breakfast tacos were a good change up.
The provided body watch was the nastiest smelling stuff ever. Smelled like bad vape.

The refullable soaps and shampoo smelled funny and or tampered with. Nice room, great pool, but very disappointed that hot tub was out of order despite calling ahead and double checking. Also late check in 3pm earlier is available for a fee- unless you book directly through their website.

The STAFF is why I continue to stay at Sonesta Fresno. This is my half way stop, the hotel clerks plus the Breakfast staff are remarkable and truly make the stay stress free and enjoyable.

HIGH THEFT AREA. The hotel itself was quite lovely, renovated and comfortable. But we had things stolen from our car on our first night, and the cops said this is a weekly occurrence. No cameras - new management actually took them down. The cop also said all hotels in Fresno get hit pretty frequently, so recommend staying somewhere a little safer if you have the option. If not, the best western in the old downtown of Clovis looks like a much safer area. But please, take inside all valuables from your car!

Homeless camping at the gate and gate was cut open on both opposite ends. Theres no camera on the permises and you are parking at your own risk. Our truck window and camp window was busted. $1000/ repair bill. Our trailer lovks were also saw right off another $500 repair. Will never be going back, very unsafe and as a victim there's no support. The police effort in the area is horrible. no one showed up. received a call from the police to file report 2 days later, useless
