Very hospitable staff

Upon checking in the front desk man/woman was very rude. On top of it, the tv in the room didn’t work so had to sit and do nothing. The curtains that are supposed to cover the windows are not thick enough, only because the window is the wall to the hallway and guests can see into the rooms with the curtains closed.

Going to really nice when they are done remodeling.

I highly recommend you ask very specific questions before booking and checking in. Our room's furnace did not work, so it was 62⁰ degrees in the room all night. There were no extra blankets or sheets. We slept fully clothed in jeans and hoodies. Also, there was no hot water. It didn't even get to get to lukewarm after letting the shower run for awhile. When this was brought to the attention of the front desk staff this morning, we found that they were fully aware. We were told they kept heaters behind the desk for this exact reason. "We've had people out to look at it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't." We had no idea heaters were available because they withheld the information about the furnace. It wasn't posted anywhere in the lobby or in the room. The only thing they offered was a late checkout, which was ludicrous because why would we would want to spend anymore time in a freezing room? The room was clean and would have been great otherwise. The attitude of the staff clearly demonstrated they had zero cares. I went as far as doing a chat session with hotels.com's staff to make sure they were aware of this situation. The agent reached out to the hotel property and was told they would do nothing more. I feel bad because I am not a Karen at all. I was ready to leave it be, but the hotels.com agent was very kind and offered 10.00 to use towards my next booking. That was very gracious.

No hot water. Tv didn't work. Smoke detector beeping and not attached to wall. Cigarette burns on tub and filthy. Room was filthy dirty. Will never stay again. Paying for a room that i can't even take a hot shower in was not acceptable.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff member that checked us in was very kind. The only thing I didn’t like was the water for showering or bathing was slightly warm, great temp for my 5 year old but too cold for me.

Good quality for the price

Room was not as clean as it should floors and bathroom shower and toilet had burn marks on the seat. Not impressed with cleanliness. Breakfast no yogurt in machine.
