The valet service was not efficient. At arrival and when we checked out. The card system does not work. There should just be a face to face transaction with the ticket so you get your car in order of physically being present at the car garage.

Location was fine. Bathroom was so dirty, we never got a cleaning the entire 3 day stay. Room smelled like cigarette smoke.

During our four-night stay, we encountered several issues. There was no room service available at all. We called to request room cleaning, new towels, and coffee, but no one ever came. When we followed up, we were told, "Sometimes we can't clean the rooms when we're too busy." Additionally, the bar ran out of many standard beverages, leaving us with limited options. Some staff members expressed their frustration about being short-staffed and missing shipments necessary to keep the bar stocked. It was a chaotic experience. I don't understand how a hotel of this size could be so unprepared. It was bizarre. I would not choose to stay here again.

Upon entering the room we found that their were wholes in the bathroom wall that had spiders coming out, upon expressing to the staff they had someone come up and put clear tape over the wholes and sprayed it with bleach. Our room also smelled of mold/mildew. The only option for parking was valet, extremely inconvenient. We had to wait about 45 mins each time to retrieve our vehicle.

Good customer service and friendly staff. Housekeeping is lacking. Over a 4 night stay our room was refreshed once and we had to ask for clean towels daily. We requested room refreshing several times. Bathroom was very small. Overall, a pleasant stay but a bit disappointed with some services.

We've stayed in hundreds of hotels in 55 years of travel but have never before had to pay a fee ($50) for getting access to our room before the official check in time, even though the room was ready when we arrived. Also, no one cleaned or serviced our room during our 3-day stay. And our daughter, who stayed in a 2-room suite with her children had one room cleaned and the other left untouched. On the other hand, the location was excellent and the outdoor pool was a welcome amenity.

My daughters, husband, and I stayed one night. They enjoyed the swimming pool, however there is some construction obstructing the view. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The area has many dining options within walking distance. There is a parking garage on site with in and out privileges for $52 a day. It met our expectations for what we needed—reasonably priced, clean accommodations close to Temple University.

The rooms were clean. Excellent location close to everything. The staff was amazing to me and my kids. Very patient and attentive. Loved that there was an outside pool as well. First time here and now is my favorite place to stay in Center City.
