We're Asian travelers for businesses visit here this is our 2nd time staying herr, great services and friendly staffs here, we'll surely back here again.

Friendly staff and convenient location and parking.

Rooms were outdated and the aircon vent system was really loud. Rooms were small bed was clean and they did charge 75 for having the 3 small dogs even though they are trained and did no mess in the rooms we were only there one night so it wasn’t a big deal . Apparently the MLB stay there .

Excellent location, very close to the Amtrak station and walkable to downtown Philly

Property is in the perfect location! 7 min walk to LOVE PARK, check this location out for events and to take a picture with the LOVE sculpture. Late night food places open in walking distance. 7 min walk to Assembly lounge, check this spot for good drinks and food, plus a nice view of Philly. 2 min walk to Green Eggs Cafe. Overall clean hotel, staff were nice, check out the bar downstairs, rooftop pool, and valet service. Parking is expensive but worth it. Please go down early to get your vehicle, it does get busy sometimes, have patience valet are nice as well.

The staff and property were excellent. We found a gem - and will be sure to return soon!

Great hotel

Nice room. Hotel lobby/bar is a bit dowdy, but people were friendly. Good location

The room and lobby were clean and modern with a new-ish feel. For a city hotel, everything was up to par. The Artbar was a bit disappointing, drinks and wine list lackluster and not open on Sunday night. The breakfast offered to purchase was also a bit lackluster and the parfaits seemed old in the display. The people were very nice and the room was quiet, if tight. Not out of the ordinary for city hotels, but there are a few bottlenecks in the room. Carpet in the room could use a good scrub, but again, not out of the ordinary for a city hotel. We enjoyed our stay despite the few nit-picks.

Everything was top notch

The hotel was great. But when I walked into my room it absolutely reaked of cigarette smoke. I told the front desk immediately and they offered me a new room but I turned it down because I liked my view. I left the apartment for a few hours and when I came back it was mostly gone. But about 30 minutes later the whole room stink again, indicating someone nearby (likely below) was smoking. I told them and they said they'd send security to look. I didn't get any update but was woken up before my alarm around 6:45-7am with the unbearable stench of cigarette smoke billowing into my room. I'm not convinced they sent anyone to look the night before. It's less the hotels fault and more the indicas fault for smoking in the room, but you'd think if there was a credible complaint of smoking in the room they'd send someone to look, and it wouldn't be hard to find. Otherwise the hotel was good, clean, and quiet.

People next door were very loud… actually open the connecting door and entered our room twice… I was with my daughter and she was up all night between the noise and people entering our room

The employees were cordial, and excellent in customer service.

Hotel was just fine for our family trip to Philadelphia. Kids enjoyed the pool; there is a building going up right alongside it which is a shame as it will fully eliminate any view from the pool deck! Only complaint is that rooms, walls, and floors are all on the thin side, so sound and vibration really carry. As a side sleeper, I could hear muffled conversations, footsteps, and even the subway 10 floors down in the middle of the night. Central location was great, right near all the shops and restaurants in Rittenhouse.

Good location ..lots of little shops and restaurants. Pool area was really nice despite the construction next door.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews I read on Expedia. However, the property was nowhere close to the good reviews I read. The hotel is old and in need of upgrades. The room and bathroom were clean. The grout sound the toilet was FILTHY!!! There were rusty exposed pipes behind the toilet. The carpet in the hallways were stained. I can tell you that I will never stay here again. It was not worth the money.
