The place is beautiful and all looks new. Staff were great. Only thing wrong was the eating facility there is closed and they do not have breakfast.

For an airport hotel it’s fine. However, no housekeeping services at all, and difficult desk staff. The answer to any request is “no”. Good shuttle service though.

Overnight stay to attend a concert. We have stayed here several times in the past few months. Only dissapointing thing this time was the wonderful spa tub they have was not working, otherwise we love this place.

Our room was clean . The bed was comfortable. We stayed one night before and after our trip. The staff was very good. Lisa was exceptional! The shuttle service was very good with taking and picking us up.We will stay again especially when using the KC airport. I will recommend the Sonesta needing a place to stay in KC.
