Very close to highway, near KC International Airport. Two restaurants adjacent— Waffle House and chain steakhouse. Lots of parking. Seems cheap for the level of decor and size of rooms.

It was a great stay for the value, but there were several things to be desired. Our bathroom door was broken so we got locked in as soon as the door closed. We let management know and were told maintenance wouldn’t be available until after we checked out. Very dangerous detail to ignore. Housekeeping was upon request, not something I’ve ever experienced at another hotel. Overall decent, just seemed very short staffed for guest needs. I’d probably stay here again if I was looking to save money on a hotel though. It’s easier to overlook some things when you’re paying about half price compared to others.

We wanted to say that we were very impressed with the front desk person who checked us in on Sunday 7/6/25. We had a minor pb with our room and she was very accommodating. Transportation to the airport was also provided.

Friendly Hotel staff, clean hallways and room. Loved my room which faced the courtyard and there was chairs to sit outside. Very nice lobby where you can sit with family and friends.

Reason for staying for use of hot tub which was as cold as could be so was the pool this is the third or fourth time this has happened . Can’t check ahead of time because nobody wants to answer phone

Bugs in the pool, hot tub and in our room. Sofa bed was dirty. Loud people in hallway at night. Scratching noises in the walls at night? Mice? Unfortunately, not a pleasant stay for my family and I.

For the price of the hotel or property I think they should’ve had a hot breakfast, and my room wasn’t clean in the bathroom look like no one came in there and cleaned the floor at all.
