Staff were very nice and polite, hotel was clean our ONLY downfall was we were quite away from downtown and the stadium but that was our fault in not researching the area. Still give 5 stars

The room was nice and spacious, which was so nice for me, my bf and our two girls. The hotel was super nice and all the front desk people I interacted with were super nice and friendly. Also Waffle House and Wendy’s were right by the hotel so didn’t have to go far for food.

I found a reddish microfiber cleaning rag on a desk chair left by ( I presume ) the cleaning person. The digital clock was not set correctly, an hour off which appears nobody changed it to summer time??? Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and especially the Hotel Shuttle drivers were helpful, kind and professional.

We barely had hot water our first night. The second night we had no hot water. The clerk on duty said she was part time and couldn’t do anything but move us to a different room at 10:30pm … which we were checking out the next day; she said to email the general manager which I’ve done twice with NO response. Terrible customer service.
