Hotel is being renovated just in the little I saw it's going to be 100 times better than before it seems like it could be a nice hotel rooms have fresh paint new furniture and beds they are really cleaning the entire place up! I look forward to seeing the end result!

When I checked in on Thursday morning, my bathroom sink was stocked up from Thursday night all the way till Friday afternoon around 4 PM. Friday when I got up to take a shower before I had to attend my event, the water was not working and they did not give me a heads up. They were turning the water off. Saturday when it was time to go to my event, the water was not working, so I just decided to check out of the hotel and find a new hotel. Do the fact that I could not take a shower for two days. The hotel was being remodeled and it was a very inconvenience to myself being a traveler. Nothing was available. They never empty my trash, even when I said it outside my door the lady put the trash back in front of my door and said I am responsible for my own trash.

Was not inforn that the hotel was under renovation and was also not informed water would be cut off at 10 am!!! Why do we use 3rd party apps if they dont tell us whats going on with the properly

Terrible experience! Roaches everywhere. Found a spider in the bed. Construction going on in the hallway and no one told us anything about it. This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

OMG ITS THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE! THE.HOUSEKEEPER(S) ARE EXCELLENT CLEANERS! If you leave any.personal items/belongings no need to worry . Just get you some new stuff!!. The housekeeper lady's hands are made of.lint rollers ..

Musty and moldy odor. Poor air quality. Dirty carpets.

Unsafe, unclean, reeked of cigarettes & my partner was continuously catcalled by loiterers in the parking lot.

Property nothing like the photos. Many scary people staying here. Service was horrible asked for towels and shower curtain 3 times and then had go to front desk the fourth time to get it myself.

Beyond dirty. Dirt and hair on the floor. Shower was covered in mold and hair wads in the corner and drain.

The photos on Expedia and what it looks like in person totally different they had cold air that all bed was full size not a queen tv small furniture looked 20 years old

The bed was cheap and horrible. The very old refrigerator looked like it had melted on the front. Walls are thin. There were plastered areas of wall all over and you could tell where damage was done and poorly fixed. Frankly, I didn't feel safe. This is one of those time you get what you pay for.

The first day I went in you could see junkies and prostitues on the property and others that looked like they did not have a reservation. I have the front desk my card and license and he only gave me my card back as there system is broke and they have to enter it in manually which in this day and age is crazy. I didn't get my license back until a full 24hours later when I came down the next day for a clean set of towels, I didn't realize iceas missing it but he should have said something

I would like to stay by saying this is an ok hotel to stay at if you need a quick stay for cheap. The pictures provided on Expedia do not match expectations. The place stays clean enough and I can only imagine how different it is to keep up with a hotel as old and run down as this one is. From the second I stepped on my floor there was a weird smell the lingered throughout the building. In my room the door only barely worked. You had to force the door open because the mechanism at the top blocked the door from opening. The hole in the frame that the door secured in didn’t look like it worked and could be pushed while locked. I felt extremely unsafe. The man at the front desk explained to me that problem and said it would be fixed the next day. I was confused about this because I would be staying in the room while maintenance would be going on. But no one came to fix it. The bathroom had loose hair on the counter and sink. And it also smelled of half bleach and mildew. Overall I would never stay here again unless I had no other choice. There was also a message from management saying their prices will soon be rising which is strange due to the condition of the hotel.
