This was the worst experience I've had and I will never stay at this hotel ever again.The advertisement and pics of the place are false and misleading. The 1st room we were in the refrigerator, stove and lights didn't work. The 2nd room the curtains were falling down, there were red spots all over the walls, the TV remote had something that looked like someone threw up all over it. And the bathroom was invested with roaches. If you come across this property don't believe the pics, the rooms and property doesn't look any like the pics.

This is by far the worst property I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms were messy, staff was inconsiderate nor understanding and the showerhead was acting up. Also the check time process was very very slow when leaving. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that is trying to stay here.

These people are ripp offs they charge you to use your credit card, the housekeeper only comes to give you clean sheets and towels 1 day out of the week and thats on fridays only, she owners son and daughter a very very rude please dont stay here because its terrible the rooms where nasty upon me checking in moved to another room and it was nasty as well they have roaches really really bad, they have mold in there restroom tub and it overall a terrible stay highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

There was no elevator for diabled use. I had to drag my suitcase up the steps. I didn't have a blanket, the towels weren't clean there was hair in wash cloths and little bugs flying around. And no microwave. I had to have my keycard reactivated twice for some reason and not able to feel secure

Maps shows that this establishment is permanently closed. I called and was advised that they were open. When I arrived, everything in the area looked closed down. After getting checked in an assigned a room, I saw that the floors had been stripped in the hallways. There was no elevator and bringing up my bags was in question. When I got to my room, I struggled to operate the 3 remotes that controlled the tv. There was no phone, so I had to make several trips to the front desk for assistance. One trip, my key card became inoperable and awarded me another trip from the 3rd floor. I was so tired from traveling I went out to eat and brought food back to reheat the next day. Next day comes, I wake up to stink bugs flying around the room. There was no cold water in my bathroom sink. I had to brush my teeth in the tub as I needed the mirror door my routine. It was very inconvenient. I went to heat my food and the microwave was inoperable. I had to leave for work at 6:30a and made sure the front desk clerk was aware that I needed the microwave replaced so I could save money for dinner since I now had to purchase breakfast and there was no continental or complimentary breakfast at this location. The rate was not worth my troubles. I returned from work and my key was inoperable. The front desk had no clue I needed another microwave. It was a nightmare and I was exhausted, but I know from experience that refunds are even more exhausting from services like Expedia offers.

The roaches came out the doors inside the door following me. Someone had a cat under there bed and someone said they saw fleas jumping. three other people canceled their reservation while we were in the lobby!! Service very rude didn’t not want to help, and acted as if the bugs were normal.

Red paint (I guess) marks all along side of table and TV table. Had table on which to eat but only chair in room was an easy chair--too low. Light bulbs looked to be about 20 watt--too dark to read. Stove burners looked like they had dried up scum on them. Two TV remotes required half an hour to finally get a picture on TV. Closet had no hangers at all. Pillows were way too thin. Side of table had red scribbling on it--paint or ?. Top of TV table had same red markings. Any motel with 3 floors needs an elevator.

I woke up to roaches crawling in my bed and on me in my shoes and in my clothes. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at in my 30 years of traveling and when i told the guy at the front desk he acted as if it were normal and told mw to request a refund from hotels.com this property should be closed down foe unsafe living conditions.

The front desk clerk did not have customer service skills. I didn't receive a welcome....thank you...enjoy your stay...let me know how I can..no basic common curtesy service. Also, i killed about 7 cockroaches during my one night day. I left them all in the bathroom floor....i hope this will encourage them to have the place exterminated.

They provided an extremely thin blanket and refused to provide an extra one. They gave you one face towel and one dry towel. It was not clean, but the service desk did allow late checkout so that’s a plus.
