Lovely large room with a fireplace, fridge and big modern bathroom with a shower. The location is perfect for everything on the square and there is a CVS and Whole Foods across the street. We really loved this hotel!

The steam room and hot tub were a pleasant surprise. Very clean. The rooms are newly updated and the fireplace was nice to have in January! Will definitely be staying again !

Wow…what a major change from the dingy Best Western. Reception area is beautiful and welcoming. Rooms have been completely updated where you don’t need to wear your shoes while in your room…(that’s a win) They welcome dogs ($50) which was why I chose to stay here. $10.00 to park a night. Downside is coffee in reception is terrible and expensive for a cup even with a fancy machine and only fake sweet cream pods. Refrigerator in room does not work so if you’re thinking about using it for leftovers, think again. I definitely would stay again despite a few Hiccups.

Had a disappointing two night stay where we actually decided the second night to drive back home. It seems to be a bit of a party hotel, lots of noise inside and out deep into the night, and given the thin walls you hear everything...was like having a herd of cattle in the room above us.

The fireplaces seem to be connected between floors so if someone is having a fire your room will smell like it — not a huge fan of the smell, let alone just travelled from LA so a smoky smell is unwelcome. The hardwood floors are a nice touch but you can hear everything above you if you are on the ground floor. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean and spacious - local to a lot of great places.

I previously stayed at this hotel when it was run Best Western several years ago and had an excellent experience. This stay I felt I nickel and dime at every turn. I mean $10 to park in addition to the room? $6 for a muffin plus an automatic $2 tip? My reference is that none of those charges were levied when it was operated by Best Western. The parking fee was the most ridiculous charge. I certainly would not stay at a Hilton if I can avoid it. On a positive the rooms were nice and on par with Best Western when I stayed there before.

It was fine. The room was freezing when we arrived, the power went out in the middle of the night so my husband who uses a cpap machine was in trouble. The light in the sink area went on when one of us used the bathroom in the middle of the night waking up the other. So not a restful stay at all. When we booked was not told we would be paying for parking and taxes. Was under the impression all of the above was covered on original cost.

This is where we stay when visiting our parents in Sonoma. We have never had to pay to park before becoming a Hilton.Charge was $10/day for outside the building parking. The reception staff was not familiar with the computer system delaying our check-in. Loved this hotel before the Hilton change. They placed a $200 incidental hold on our credit card (also new) Will most likely now stay at the nearby Lodge of Sonoma.

The heater fan kept kicking on and off and was rather noisy. Other wise perfect. I could move my walker throughout the room. I enjoyed the hot tub. I would recommend this to everyone. Great location right in the middle of town.

Hotel staff tried to charge me again at check in for my prepaid stay (aka charge me double) and were very rude and recalcitrant about the mistake.

Nice big room. We had a room on 2nd floor towards back of hotel and it was quiet. Bed was very comfortable. We had a fireplace that had an easy to light pressed log in it, so we lit it for the ambiance. Front desk staff was very nice and efficient.

This hotel has recently changed from a Best Western to a Hilton. The have updated the lobby and rooms. It is now more expensive and the complimentary breakfast is much more limited. Still, it is probably one of the better accommodations. The rooms are nice, the location is adjacent to the town square and the staff very hardworking and helpful.
