Everything was very clean and inviting. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. My only concern was the toilet was too low for my bad knees to handle gracefully. Otherwise, everything was great.

Staff was excellent. They were pleasant and happy to help. Front desk worked diligently to fix the problem when my reservation from a travel site didnt show up in their computer and even checked me in early because i had mis read the email confirmation. I would stay again

Hotel that's been remodeled and is now Spark by Hilton. A brand that takes properties from 80s and 90s and totally refreshes/remodels them into a clean consistent product for today.
It's Hilton's economy brand. Clean rooms with new amenities. Limited breakfast. Good staff.

Clean hotel, very new. Unfortunatley, we had no tv the first night, and after we informed them the tv was not working, we only had a limited number of channels for the second night of our stay. None of the important channels... espn, news channels, etc. They also did not have decaf coffee for some reason. Nice hotel, just need to resolve a few problems.

Comfy beds will always bring me back and this is a fairly new property. Last minute decision to go to Rogers to see lifelong friends and we have a go to place, but since this was new, we decided to try it. Good stay. There are things to eat for breakfast. You won't go hungry and if you factor that in, makes for a good stay.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was well mantined and very clean. Bright, clean, and modern. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Their "grab and go breakfast" was well stocked with muffins, bagels, juice, yogurt, cereal, fruit, and oatmeal. The location was perfectly located near downtown Bentonville, the airport, and restaurants. We had a problem with the door shower not sealing, and the staff was quick to respond. We were not in town long enough to try the pool, but it looked very nice and good size.

Very small rooms and while it has been renovated, it is predominantly with new paint. The air unit was dirty and very old, the elevator was clearly old and it still has the smell of an older hotel.

I extended my stay but instead of sleeping in, I was told to evacuate the building because of gas leak. I had to carry out my daughter from the room, and we waited on the bench outside and it was cold. They offered us blanket, but we had to leave to go wait for everything to be safe again. Then I ended up going to work and came back at 11 pm and I asked the the lady in the front for a refund or any compensation for the inconvenience I was in but until today I haven’t heard from them even though they said someone will call me. Room: chair to sit in was a metal lawn chair-no coffee maker-no microwave-Beds were good
Service: They did not pick up our towels or trash or make our bed. When told about that, after having to go get towels for the next day, the lady said she would knock off some because of it. Next morning, different lady at desk said they only did room service every other day. When asked where I would have found out about that, she said it was in my bookings.com. It was not. It said they cleaned rooms each day. Air conditioner was normal but without it on fan all night, it would have been very noisy with traffic. Price was good but I will never stay there again. I’ve had nicer for about the same money.

The staff was terrific, and I would give this property a 10/10. They were all so lovely and accommodating, especially since our flights got canceled and we had to stay another night. I would visit here again on my next visit to Bentonville.
