Simple yet functional furnishings. The bed could have been a little harder but that's just personal choice. My only concern was vehicle security in the carpark. No problem occurred but I hope they have security cameras.

Front desk person kinda cold..needs to be more friendly ..coffee machine kinda hard to use front desk said push and release but didnt stop causing coffee to overflow.

We were very impressed with this hotel. It was clean, staff was nice, and the bed was super comfy. It was very reasonably prices as well. This is our new Santa Nella stop on our way up (and back) from the PNW.

Stayed in a handicap room and it smelled like urine or something in that nature. We just used some Lysol spray for the smell

This hotel is soo nice! It is very clean and neat, the pool is sparkling clean, the decor looks quite new in all areas. My room is way nicer than most. I just got the basic, yet it has a really nice sink with lots of counter space, a clean bathroom, a lovely crisp bed with lots of white fluffy pillows, a mini fridge, microwave, nice large TV, even a couch with a lamp and writing/working table. The staff with whom I signed in with was so friendly and kind. This is just a wonderful place! It's also very quiet. I have a view of the courtyard and pool. I will stay here again.

A diamond in the rough. The hotel is nice, very clean. Friendly staff. The room was on the larger size. I was disappointed that the “free wi-fi” requires signing up to be a Hilton rewards member & there was no access to Netflix or anything other than regular live tv. The streets around the hotel are very rough & bumpy. No tax dollars at work as far as road maintanence. Los Banos and Santa Nella are “stop over” spots. You’re there over night and on the road again early the next day. The continental breakfast was bare minimal.

Loved the remodeled motel exterior as well all new upgrades of furniture in rooms.Beds SUPER comfy. Pullout desk table great for in room dining. Appreciate dog waste station, saw zero dog waste inside the compound. Really miss the in room coffee maker and breakfast meats.
