We were in town for a dance competition that weekend. Sparks was perfectly located nearby the venue which was convenient for the early morning show time. Our stay was quiet, the room clean, and the staff were friendly.

Stay away from this hotel or bring earplugs. The walls are paper thin and could hear our neighbors. The water pipes literally sounded like power tools when the neighbor was using the shower at 1 am. The hotel is right off the interstate and we heard motorcycles the whole night. The bathroom had the brightest light ever, it was blinding. The entire toilet moved when you sat down. There was some sort of beeping noise (not in the room) that we heard all night. Breakfast is extremely limited. The only hot food was a bagel if you toasted it. Breakfast literally consisted of bagels, prepackaged hard boiled eggs, prepackaged muffins, cereal, and yogurt. The GM said that that’s all Hilton Spark lets them serve for breakfast. This hotel is in the same price range as the surrounding hotels - go to one of the other hotels. At least then you’ll get a hot breakfast for the same price. This was our last stop in our 8 day road trip and this was easily the worst hotel we stayed at. Never again. I don’t know how it has such a high rating on Expedia.

Great location with friendly staff. Clean modern rooms. It's definitely a no frills kind of place but that was fine for this trip.

Not hotel issue, but guest we’re partying until 2am. You could hear everything and we didn’t get any sleep.

The staff was extremely helpful and I really appreciated them. The location was very convenient and made our trip easy!

Our room was lovely, well maintained and very clean. This may sound trifle, but I was very happy that my room key worked perfectly every time. I love the 24 hour coffee!!

Huge safety hazard!!! Fire alarm in the main lobby kept going off and instead of dealing with it properly, a towel was placed over it. It was clearly malfunctioning and had there been a fire, the alarms wouldn’t have worked. Very unsafe. I checked in and checked out shortly after because it wasn’t being dealt with in a timely, safe manner. Very disappointed in Hilton. Clearly guest safety is not a concern.

We had a family of five and the room was the perfect size.
