Front desk/check in was excellent. We were given suggestions and directions for food and fun nearby. We could walk to the concert venue and feel safe. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a late night snack at the bar onsite. Great choice for a girls night.

The hotel is great. The only negative is that it is located close to the railroad tracks and the freight trains pass through several times each night. Even with the trains, I would stay there again.

The staff was great and helpful but our room could use some updating. The bathroom is needing some TLC. We stayed before at this location with no issues but we must have had a room that was renovated.

The tv didn't work. Like a big screen from probably 20 or more years ago. Toilet was terrible, falling apart lid and handle. I liked the big bathroom and convenient location of the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly although they seemed understaffed at check in. Also they charged for wifi! Ridiculous for the price of the room.

It took about 6 minutes to get hot water in Room 700 in the morning and the room when we came in was 67° and no matter what we did with the thermostat we could not get it to heat up. Finally we just turned the whole system off and it warmed up a little that way. I knew have a suggestion since this was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. My wife and I are not handicapped but I thought if someone was it would be nice to have like an Alexa to turn the lights on and off. Just a thought.
