My family and I enjoyed our stay at SpringHill. The continental breakfast was very good and our room was spacious for 3 people with adequate AC. There is plenty of parking on the property and the hotel is located in a very convenient area. I would definitely stay again and recommend for others.

I usually don't write reviews, but this as pretty bad. We got to the hotel at night, we informed them we would be arriving at night, there was no one there. We called and no one answered. Finally after almost 10 minutes el someone showed up. Microwave didn't work, it had the wrong microwave plate. Walls were so thin you could hear everything. There was no bedding for the sofa bed , and the one we got had holes. The carpet smelled bad. There was tape on the walls from some previous decisions. There was a huge stain in the bathtub. Do not recommend.

The hotel was ok. It was clean but you could tell the rooms are outdated. The carpet and couch in our room was stained. One of our pillows had makeup on the pillow case and we had to put in two requests before they brought up a new one. We checked in from the app but had to swap out our credit card at the front desk and the lady helping us was answering the phone, helping another staff member, and scrolling on her phone while assisting us. They also put two holds on two different cards and refused to release the hold on the card that we weren’t paying with. They did not allow late check out, only one hour which did not work for us. Our digital key was turned off at 9am and they were already coming to our room at 9:41am to clean it even though check out is at 11am. Customer service here was not great and they are not accommodating at this hotel.

I liked the room itself with all of the space and how comfortable the bed and sofa bed was. What could be improved was the housekeepers supplies because it seems like they were always running out of something and never would come back to replenish it when they promised. They definitely don’t change the sheets but they do change the dirty towels. The breakfast could also be better since my 3 day stay had the exact same options everyday. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I seethe hotel charge me $150 the 20th that I am not in Baltimore am I I am in Boston Massachusetts, so I called them to discuss the charge. They said they will return my call in two hours until now that’s been like eight hours. Nobody returned the call back

Booked a mobility accessible room with an accessible bathtub. The room did not allow a wheelchair to get into the bathroom and there was only one grab bar at the edge of the tub.
Also, water was intermittently leaking out of the ceiling above the tub and from the light fixture above the toilet. Maintenance came up to look at it, but said they could only fix it in the morning.
I alerted front desk of these issues upon check with no real response, although I did state I would not recommend the hotel because of these issues. I was told that wasn’t really a handicap accessible room and I should have booked one with a roll in shower.
