The only thing that was bothering me was no kitchenette and the rooms did not get cleaned everyda.

The multiple beds suite was perfect for our traveling party of 4 adults and 2 children. The walk-in closet was great for storing bags out of the way and having a separate changing area. The room was nice and comfortable. Most everything was clean except the trundle pull-out, (I think it was missed during room cleaning but we didn’t need to use it so we didn’t bother the staff about it.) The couch was comfortable to sleep on.
The staff was super friendly and attentive. The lounge/breakfast area was well stocked and accommodating. The pool was on the small side but good enough for a quick refresh.
All in all we had a very relaxing and positive experience. We would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff and such a beautiful clean Hotel. From the entrance to my room, everything was crispy clean. And I love it when it’s this clean. Will definitely be booking the same hotel again for my trip next year!

Ran down property. Literally falling apart. Room was dirty, tables in room dirty, old furniture and dirt on carpet, stained towels, scratched walls on the halls. Never again. On top of that the bathroom wooden frame door fell on my head injuring me. Horrible stay.
Should have known when at check in they handed me the extra towels and bedding I asked for instead of taking them to my room. We had to go up juggling suitcases, towels and bedding. No customer service at all.

At first I was pleasantly surprised to see that I could do an early virtual check-in. When I got to the hotel to “pick up my keys” from the front desk, the receptionist checked me out instead of in. I had to wait for them to fix the mistake while my brother, who did not do the early check-in, went up to his room with my children. While sitting down I eventually felt like someone was standing next to me. I looked up to see the receptionist handing me room keys. After handing me the cards she simply walked away. This incident and the crusty spots on the couch, spots on the wall, crumbs on the trundle bed, and watered down apple juice are why I will never stay at this site.
