For 4 years I've been stopping at this hotel several times a year because it's halfway between my home and my son's college. Its service, condition and cleanliness are reliably top notch. It's conveniently located by restaurants and a movie theatre (also right off the highway.) Good staff, well managed--I would recommend to everyone.

When I first checked in at this hotel, the black woman at the front desk was extremely rude. She showed me attitude whole time when I was talking to her without any reason. She rolled her eyes at me as well. I don't want to visit here again and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Also there were many other people's hair on the bed in the hotel room

The hotel was pretty clean and breakfast was decent, but there was no fruit at all. The room was clean and a decent size but the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows are terrible. The location is probably the best part about the hotel, right next to the mall and restaurants and we enjoyed walking there.

Staff was friendly especially the kitchen worker. She rocked it. Rooms were comfy. The only thing I didnt like was coffee taste. It was horrible and you only had choice between bold and decaf. It was also not offered all day. They take it away after breaksfast. This is the only place we have stayed that this is done at

Staff was friendly. The one thing i didnt like was the coffee. They had two choices, bold or decaf. Not a fan of either. They also didnt offer coffee and tea around the clock, just at breakfast.

Remote and central.
My kids enjoyed the pool area.
Breakfast seating is exceptional. However you have to arrive early. I arrived early and noticed by the time I was finished with my breakfast the lobby was full. With mainly what looked like snowboarders. So maybe an odd weekend or maybe that’s what this hotels for and if so it shows.
Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Upset about the wifi not working but front desk made it right with their customer service.

What a great hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. It is next to the mall so there were lots of different food options. We left behind some airpods and they sent them to us overnight and made it so easy to get the back. They were amazing
