SpringHill Suites by Marriott Provo

Great hotel for families. Only issue we had was the sliding door to the toilet didn’t slide well. Loved it and would stay again!

The morning staff that set up breakfast seemed to busy visiting with each other in the kitchen, rather than stocking basic needs for the guest. No plates, no syrup, cups, etc. parking is very difficult an extremely tight spaces.

Super clean; great location. Would stay there again!

They think it’s acceptable for all of us to have to use the common area restroom because ALL of our plumbing was in need of maintenance/not working/plugged up. The shower had blood & sticky something that had black hair stuck to it when we arrived (none of us have black hair) so that needed cleaned before we could even try to use it, the bathroom sink was clogged & wouldn’t drain, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the shower was clogged plus the water lines were switched so we figured out you have to use cold to get hot water, then it still barely sprays and leaks. I let the front desk staff know, they were aware of it & didn’t care. The pool was also closed for maintenance. Will never stay here again. Unacceptable for a Marriott property at this price to expect you to pay the full amount when you can’t even use the bathroom!! We chatted with Expedia about it & the hotel was unwilling to offer a refund for all of the issues.

Went with my family of 5 and it’s was perfect. The room better than expected and the staff was super friendly.

I was staying in SpringHill Suites by Marriott Provo during my business trip. It was really a nice place to stay as it was really quite and clean.

Nice spacious room, handicap, accessible, very comfortable bed

We were taking a 10 hour drive to spend Thanksgiving with my in-laws. About half way through the trip my son started to get very sick. When I checked in for the night I told the lady up front what was going on and she was able to get us another room that connected to the first room. Well during the night my daughter and I also got very sick. The front desk was so helpful and patient as we tried to figure it if we could leave on time/get a late checkout/or needing to stay another night. So friendly and kind and understanding of our awful situation.

Great room. Attendant that checked us in never smiled. Nice but very flat affect.

Not recommended for pets. Room is comfortable but pet fee was $50, highest price I’ve seen. And for that price, they could provide a strip of grass; no place to walk the dog. No bathtub in the room and only small pedestal sink. It must be due to limited pet-friendly rooms, but all this info is not available on the Expedia site. The dog likes the bed.
