Very quiet hotel. Friendly staff.
Only shortcoming (which was minor) was that I struggled to get the TV to work and the bathroom could use some adjustments for an "accessible" room. The bathroom had plenty of space for a wheelchair or walker however, it had a bathtub rather than a roll in shower, which would have been more convenient.

The property is well located with many dinning options and it feels very safe. In the room, although everything was working and very clean, the faucets were loose, which made them hard to use and gave the room a less than high-quality feel. Also, the hallway was not very clean.

Husband requested for our room to be cleaned and staff ignored the request. My husband also requested clean towels and we were told we needed to bring our dirty towels down to the lobby and give them the front desk. How dirty and nasty! And to be clear we did not get towels during the night request. We waited until morning to see the nicer staff.

Went 5 days without the room being cleaned and it was only after I complained that it was partially done! I did not opt out of room servicing. Scrambled eggs were served Dec 23, 24 and 25 only out of 7 days.
They weren'tavailableat all the week prior . Packaged products were served the rest of the mornings.

My family and I always stay at this property. The service is always great. As soon as walk in the front desk always remembers my family and i right away.

The toilet did not work properly. Then when I went down to use the lobby restroom, there was no toilet paper.
The sofa bed mattress was dirty so we didn’t use it.
